A hotel developer recognized that San Francisco had few, if any, luxury boutique hotels of the sort that has become popular in New York, Paris and other parts of the world, and asked Holey Associates to develop a creative brief for this concept that they could use to raise funding and inform their real estate search for appropriate sites. Holey Associates created this series of vignettes, using words, sketches, images and color, to appeal to the many ways that individuals experience information.
